Ink & Toner Refund and Return Policy

Easy returns on millions of items. Our hassle-free return and refund policy makes it easy to shop with assurance. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BK’s Printer and Computer Supplies LLC (BKS) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Any non-defective return will result in a 20% restocking fee. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense. All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by (BKS).

For all defective products please contact the OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) directly. We do NOT accept any opened OEM products and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification. OEM products (such as HP, Canon, and Xerox- branded products) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty.
